Invoicing Policy

Invoices sent through my website after EVERY Live Sale or Messenger Party

>Invoices are required to be paid within 12 HOURS of receipt 

>Items will not be held without payment (i.e. until payday or end of week)

>Unpaid invoices will prevent you from being able to shop on the next LIVE! All invoices must be paid prior to the start of a Live in order to shop. All unpaid invoices EXPIRE after 12 hours of being sent.

>Repeat offenders will be removed from the group!!

A post will always be made on the Business Page & Messenger Group to notify when invoices have been sent/time they are due. Email alerts will also be sent when a new invoice has created and payment is pending! (Check your spam!)

Shipping fee ($4) will always be charged on the first invoice of the week

>Shipping fee will only be charged 1x per week

>If you shop the website & have paid shipping for the week, please message me for the shipping coupon code!!!!!

>If 10 adult items or more is reached by the end of the week, you will receive a Free Shipping credit for the following week  

>If multiple customers items are being shipped together, 10 items must be reached PER person to receive a Free Shipping credit. Cannot combine order totals for free shipping!

Packages will always SHIP every Monday (1x per week) [unless there is a Holiday]

>Porch Pick-Up is now available if you are local to Westminster, MD! All items must be paid for as stated above prior to pick ups. NO CASH. Pick-ups will occur the same day as packages being mailed. If mail is closed due to a Holiday, pick-ups will also be moved to next open mail day.

>If special accommodations are needed for shipped/pick-up packages, please ask! Cannot always guarantee

Refund and Returns Policy

My Bling arrive broken, what do I do?

All items are checked prior to mailing, but sometimes the mail is rough!

Items may be approved for a credit/replacement only if the item is defective and cannot be fixed. You must notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item to be approved for a credit/replacement. Once an item has been worn and/or it is past the 24 hour time window, it will not be accepted for a credit/replacement.

If the item is able to be fixed, we will advise on the steps to take to get your bling fixed. Each and every item is checked before packaging and shipping. We cannot control how USPS treats the packages. We do our best to protect your bling and to make things right if need be! Sometimes all you need is a little Krazy Glue or a new jump ring and you are good to go!

  • Necklaces with a broken or missing *free* earring do not count toward the replacement policy. Only if there is an issue with the necklace itself.

FREE Items: If a free piece arrives broken, a replacement will not be sent.

If the item cannot be fixed the following options are available:

Replacement: if the item is still available to order, the same item will be purchased to replace the defective one. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.

Credit: if the item if not available to order, a credit will be given for a free item. The customer will be be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.

Bling Claiming/Game Policy

Please understand items are limited & I do not always have enough for everyone, but I do my absolute best to make everyone happy <3 

Any requested items for order will be invoiced once they arrive to me in hand. These items may not be “put back” as they are only order per special request of the customer. Please keep track and be mindful of the pieces you are requesting!

Claiming on Live Sales

> Understand you will always see your own comment first when you comment on a live

> Comments come thru on my end in a different order and I will call out who I see first on my screen for claims AND game winners. I can not control the order of comments via FB Lives!

> NO passing or gifting items to others! Please only claim it if you love it & intend on paying for it.

> Please remember, Claiming an item means you are agreeing to pay for said item!

> If you have an unpaid invoice, your comments for claiming will be skipped until all open invoices are paid!!

> If you are the winner of a FREE piece of jewelry, you will receive the free piece in your package from that week at no extra charge.

> If you do not shop for the week, an invoice for $4 shipping will be sent and must be paid in order for you to receive your free piece.
